YORK, Pa.—The Elizabethtown women's swim team sits in fifth place out of seven teams with 126 points after the first day of the Spartan Splash.
In the 200 free relay,
Maya Veiss,
Katarina Linde,
Megan Benson, and
Emma Sabalaske placed sixth clocking in at 1:48.06. In the 500 free,
Kaylee Blair claimed second with a time of 5:15.73,
Hailey Poulos placed fifth with a time of 5:31.77, and
Katie Midura placed sixth with a time of 5:32.01.
In the 200 IM, Sabalaske finished fifth touching the wall at 2:20.55 and Benson finished 13
th coming in with a time of 2:26.15. In the 400 medley relay,
Emma Paul, Sabalaske, Blair, and Benson finished fifth.
The Spartan Splash will resume tomorrow at 11 am.
