YORK, Pa.—The Elizabethtown men's swim team sits in fifth place out of seven teams with 130 points after the first day of the Spartan Splash.

The team of Garren McKenzie, Michael Tittermary, Marco Niosi, and Austin Smith finished fourth in the 200 free relay. In the 500 free, Billy Bartolomei finished 15^th coming in with a time of 5:12.44. In the 200 IM, Tittermary finished seventh touching the wall at 2:06.60 while Barron Bishop placed 14^th.

In the 50 free, Niosi took fifth with a time of 22.30 and Smith grabbed ninth with a time of 22.29. In the 400 medley relay, Leif Hoffman, Bishop, Smith, and Niosi claimed second.

The Spartan Splash will resume tomorrow at 11 am.
