Catholic Cruises to Win over Women’s Swimming

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa.—The Elizabethtown women's swim team fell, 188-67 to visiting Catholic on Saturday in Landmark Conference action.

In the 200 medley relay, the team of Emma Paul, Katarina Linde, Kaylee Blair, and Emma Sabalaske took second. In the 1000 free, Hailey Poulos finished second while Katie Midura placed third. In the 100 breaststroke, Linde finished second clocking in at 1:14.00 and Megan Benson finished third with a time of 1:16.95.

In the 200 fly, Blair grabbed second touching the wall at 2:22.74. In the 200 back, Paul finished second with a time of 2:25.61. In the 200 breaststroke, Linde finished second while Midura finished third.

Blair earned the lone first place of the day for the Jays as she finished first in the 500 free. Poulos took third in the 100 fly clocking in at 1:07.74. In the 200 IM, Sabalaske finished third coming in with a time of 2:27.14.

Etown will travel to York (Pa.) for their midseason meet starting on Nov. 21.
