NEWVILLE, Pa. -- Sophomore
Addison Kleinle was in the top 40 for the Elizabethtown College women's cross country team on Saturday at the 2025 NCAA Div. III Mid-Atlantic Regional hosted by Dickinson College at Big Spring High School. The Blue Jays were 12th as a team with 301 points.
Kleinle, an All-Landmark Conference First Team performer two weeks ago for Elizabethtown, was in the running for an all-region finish. She was inside the top 30 through the first 3,000 meters of the race. The field was able to make up some ground and the sophomore slid back just out of all-region placement in the end as she took 37th overall in 23:07.31.
Gwen Young held steady and consistent throughout her 6k and wound up 55th.
Keely Fitzgerald wasn't far behind in 60th for the Blue Jays.
Julia Benincasa took 64th and
Isabell Anderson in her final XC race was 95th.
Elizabethtown was the top-finishing Landmark Conference side at the Mid-Atlantic Regional.
