LANCASTER, Pa. -- The Elizabethtown College women's cross country team began the season with a dual at Franklin & Marshall Friday evening. Kelty Oaster won the race for the Blue Jays as they placed two in the top four and six in the top 10 to win the dual, 26-32.

It was a familiar finish for Oaster, who crossed the finish line first for Elizabethtown to lead the way. F&M took second and third.

Gwen Young came in fourth for EC as each team had two apiece complete their races out of the first four. Another Diplomat crossed in fifth, but it was the Blue Jays that had four consecutive runners finish.

Maureen Bosak was sixth, Keely Fitzgerald took seventh, Isabell Anderson was eighth, and Addison Kleinle placed ninth.

Elizabethtown will compete at Shippensburg on Friday, September 6.
