Cardinals Cruise Past Women's Swimming

WASHINGTON, DC.—The Elizabethtown women's swim team dropped their second straight meet of the season as they faced Catholic in a Landmark Conference meet. The Blue Jays fell, 190-67.

In the 1000 free, Hailey Poulos finished second clocking in at 11:44.26 while Katie Midura finished third. In the 100 backstroke, Gracie Harding took second, touching the wall at 1:12.87. Kaylee Blair earned second in the 200 fly coming in with a time of 2:19.71. In the 50 free, Harding finished third with a time of 25.98.

In the 100 free, Blair claimed the top spot touching the wall at 56.81. In the 200 backstroke, Poulos touched the wall second with a time of 2:23.47. In the 500 free, Liv Hillman came in with a time of 5:46.73 for a third place finish. In the final event of the day, the team of Hillman, Megan Benson, Blair and Harding took second in the 200 free relay.

The Blue Jays will compete from November 22-24 at York (Pa.) to compete in the Spartan Splash.
