IMMACULATA, Pa.-- The Elizabethtown women's tennis team picked up their first match of the fall season as they swept Immaculata, 9-0.
In doubles play,
Olivia Richards and Hayley Bishop edged Immaculata, 8-4 at no. 1. At no. 2,
Kaylee Mustard and
Morgan Bleicher were victorious, 8-2 and
Gabriella Palladini and
Adriana Burmeister won, 8-0 at no. 3.
At no. 1 singles, Richards won, 6-2, 6-3, Bishop took the first set, 6-1 and edged Immaculata, 7-5 in set two, and Palladini earned a 6-1, 6-2 at no. 3 singles.
Kaylee Mustard won, 6-1, 6-0 at no. 4 singles. Bleicher and Burmeister each won 6-0, 6-0 at no 5 and no. 6 singles.
Etown is back at home tomorrow as they host Penn St.-Abington at 12PM.
