NEWVILLE, Pa. -- Senior Kelty Oaster ran to her third consecutive top 10 finish for the Elizabethtown College women's cross country team on Saturday at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational. The Blue Jays were 11th out of 19 teams with 322 points.

Oaster has been in great form to begin her senior XC campaign. She was among just 14 runners to go sub-23:00 in the 6,000-meter race on Saturday. Oaster finished ninth overall in 22:46.0.

Amanda Kauffman was 59th in 24:23.2, Isabell Anderson took 89th in 25:33.9, Ellie Heilman was 106th in 26:09.7 and Maureen Bosak placed 108th in 26:12.6.

Bridget Kennedy competed in the 4,000-meter short course race for Etown.

The Blue Jays will have the following weekend off before competing back at Big Spring High School for the Dickinson Pre-Nationals Meet on Saturday, October 7.
