TOWSON, Md.-- The Elizabethtown men's tennis team opened up Landmark Conference play, Friday evening at Goucher. The Gophers defeated the Blue Jays, 9-0. 

In doubles play, Max Lauver and Stefanos Billis fell, 3-8, Ryan Kraychik and Isaac Reichenbach fell, 1-8 at No. 2 doubles, and Sam Langer and Kyler Henne fell, 0-8. 

At No. 1 singles, Lauver fell, 3-6, 0-6, Billis was defeated at 0-6, 1-6, and Langer dropped his sets 0-6, 0-6. Kraychick fell, 3-6, 0-6 at No. 4 singles, Reichenbach fell 2-6, 0-6, and at No. 6 singles Henne fell, 2-6, 0-6. 

The Blue Jays will host Moravian, Sunday September 24 starting at 10AM inside the Bowers Center.
