ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa.-- The Elizabethtown men's swim team cruised to a 153-39 victory over visiting McDaniel in Alumni Pool on Saturday. 

Starting off the meet the team of Leif Hoffman, Connor Oswald, AJ West, and Alex Waskiewicz claimed first in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:41.83. In the 1000 freestyle, Robert Midura (11:03.44) and Joshua McQueen (11:06.54) finished first and second, respectively. In the 200 freestyle, Hoffman claimed first clocking in at 1:53.55 while Dylan Fitzgerald finished second coming in with a time of 1:54.43. 

Etown claimed another first place as Austin Smith touched the wall at 23.38 in the 50 freestyle. Garren McKenzie and Yusuf Nosaer finished third and fourth in the event. Hoffman added another first place on his day as he finished with a time of 2:07.93 in the 200 IM and Nicholas Carter finished second with a time of 2:10.84. In the 100 butterfly, West finished first touching the wall at 55.04 and Smith placed third with a time of 56.23. 

In the 100 freestyle, Oswald (52.03) and Waskiewicz (52.79) finished first and second. Finishing in the top-two in the 100 backstroke,Fitzgerald came in with a time of 59.23 while Liam Quick clocked in at 1:05.03. In the 100 breaststroke, Oswald claimed first and Carter finished second. The 200 freestyle relay team of Waskiewicz, Smith, Fitzgerald, and West took first with a time of 1:34.43. 

Elizabethtown returns home Friday, January 27th at 6 PM as they face York (Pa.).
