BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- Senior Bridget Kennedy, along with three of the other top five scoring members for the Elizabethtown College women's cross country team, ran a new 6,000-meter personal best on Friday at Lehigh's Paul Short Run. The Blue Jays were 27th in the College Brown 6k division.

Kennedy was the lone runner for Elizabethtown inside the top 100. She ran 22:37.7 to take 84th with her new PR.

Melissa Fitzgibbon was the second to complete the course in under 23 minutes as she ran 22:48.9, good for 111th.

Madison Webber finished in 23:16.0, which was also a personal best at the 6k distance for the senior. She was followed closely by Kelty Oaster, who ran 23:21.3.

Megan Lysek-Hagy completed the scoring for the Jays. She came in at 23:40.0.

Elizabethtown will finish out its regular season schedule on Saturday, October 15, at the Inter-Regional Border Battle hosted by Rowan University.
