PIKESVILLE, Md. - The Elizabethtown College men's golf team finishes day one tied for sixth at the Landmark Conference Championship.
The Blue Jays shot a +59, 351 to tie with Susquehanna for sixth over the opening 18. Catholic holds a three stroke lead over Scranton, carding a +29, 321.
Sophomore
Matt Barosi paced Etown on day one, finishing tied for 26th with a +13, 86. Freshman
Zachery Clapper came in just behind Barosi, carding a +14, 87 to tie for 30th. Senior
Blake Wallace and sophomore
David Fetzer came in next, tying for 32nd with a +16, 89. Round out the top-five for Elizabethtown was senior
Brady McLamb, scoring a +21, 96.
The Blue Jays finish the Landmark Conference tournament tomorrow, April 16 at Woodholme Country Club. Players begin to tee off at 11 a.m.
