ST. DAVID'S, Pa. - The Elizabethtown College men's golf team opened the spring portion of its 2021-22 schedule at the Eastern Invitational Thursday afternoon.

The Blue Jays carded a +78, 358. Rosemont won the overall title with a +34, 314 and also featured the individual champion, Samuel Reynold, topping the field by three strokes with a 73, +3.

Senior Luke Reiter led Etown tying for 27th place finish, carding a +17, 87. Sophomore Matt Barosi finishined two strokes behind Retier, tying for 36th with a +19, 89. Rounding out the top-five for Blue Jays was freshman Jacob Geiter tied for 39th (+20, 90), senior Ed Rainey in 45th (+22, 92), and sophomore Will Holdren in 46th (+23, 93). 

Elizabethtown is back in action on Wednesday, March 30 at the Moravian Invitational. Tee times begin at 11 a.m.
