KANSAS CITY -- For the first time since 2016, the Elizabethtown College men's soccer team had multiple United States Coaches All-Region selections. Ed Rainey and Pedro Guizardi were both honorees for the Blue Jays this season.

Both Rainey and Guizardi were All-Landmark Conference First Team selections at their positions in 2022.

Rainey set new career-highs in several offensive categories while Guizardi tied his career-high with three goals and led the team in shots. The duo helped lead Elizabethtown to the Landmark Championship game after a penalty shootout win in the semifinal round.

Rainey was named to the All-Region V Second Team while Guizardi earned a spot on the All-Region V Third Team.
