ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. - The Elizabethtown College men's swimming team topped Juniata and Penn State Altoona on Senior Day Saturday afternoon in Alumni Pool.
The Blue Jays (7-5) topped the Nittany Lions 110-89 and the Eagles 148-27.
Freshman
Connor Oswald led the way for the Etown, winning two individual events. He touched the wall in first in the 200 IM (2:13.08) and the 100 breast (1:01.94).Â
Also earning an individual victory for the Blue Jays was sophomore
Alex Waskiewicz in the 100 free (52.22).

Dylan Fitzgerald, senior
Sam Lopez, freshman Andy Hoch, and Waskiewicz ended the meet in style, securing a victory in the 400 free relay (3:32.99).
Brining home second place finished for Etown was Fitzgerald in the 200 free (1:56.01), freshman
AJ West in the 50 free (23.48) and 100 fly (55.16), Lopez in the 100 free (52.22), freshman
Robert Midura in the 500 free (5:35.58), and Waskiewicz in the 100 breast (1:04.59).
Elizabethtown is back in action starting on Friday, February 18 at the Landmark Conference Championship. Races begin at 9 a.m. at the Germantown Indoor Swim Center in Boyd. Md.
