Women's Swimming Falls to Diplomats, River Hawks

LANCASTER, Pa. - The Elizabethtown College women's swimming team fell to both F&M (198-56) and Susquehanna (193-65) Saturday afternoon.

With the two losses, the Blue Jays fall to 4-6 on the season.

Earning the lone victory on the afternoon for Elizabethtown was sophomore Sarah Marston, winning the 200 free in 1:59.50.

Sophomore Maddey Brelsford secured two second place finishes for the Blue Jays, swimming 1:03.91 in the 100 back and 2:17.29 in the 200 back.

Junior Brooke Langowski swam her best time of the year in the 1000 free, touching the wall in 12:35.63 while senior Marin Adams added a season best in the 200 free (2:18.26). Senior Robin Hill also added to the season best marks, swimming 27.79 in the 50 free for he leadoff relay split. 

Elizabethtown is back in action on Saturday, January 22 at McDaniel. Races begin at 1 p.m.
