HAVERFORD, Pa. -- The Elizabethtown College women's cross country team competed at the Main Line Invitational hosted by Haverford on Friday. Hallie Weaver was the team's top performer as the Blue Jays finished 5th with 151 points.

Elizabethtown was one of only three teams Friday evening with a spread between their top runner and fifth runner of less than a minute.

Weaver was 38th overall for Etown in 19:09.9. Kelty Oaster was just behind her, in 39th, in 19:11.7.

Brooklyne Wiley and Madison Webber were 45th and 46th, respectively. Wiley crossed in 19:46.1 and Webber in 19:49.0.

Bridget Kennedy made it five Jays in the span of 10 places as she took 48th in 20:05.5.

The women's cross country team will compete at the Dickinson Long/Short Invitational next Saturday, September 25.
