HAVERFORD, Pa. -- The Elizabethtown College men's cross country team took 7th at the Main Line Invitational hosted by Haverford College on Friday.
Christian Schaaf was the top finisher for the Blue Jays, who ended with 186 points.
Schaaf was Elizabethtown's top runner for the second consecutive meet after placing third this past Saturday at the Blue Jay Alumni Challenge. He finished 37th on Friday in a field of 122. His final time was 20:37.9 for the four-mile race.
Adam Wolfe came in next for the Jays. The senior was 56th overall in 21:48.8.
Colin Elliott and
Matt Fick went back-to-back, in 66th and 67th, respectively. Elliott ran 22:06.6 and Fick ran 22:06.9.
Colm Smith was 71st in 22:25.5.
The men's cross country team will compete next Saturday, September 25, at the Dickinson Long/Short Invitational.
