2020-21 CoSIDA Academic All-District Men's Cross Country/Track & Field | 2020-21 CoSIDA Academic All-District Women's Cross Country/Track & Field

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- Erin Doherty and Colin Elliott were each named CoSIDA Academic All-District 4 First Team honorees for Elizabethtown College cross country and track & field. It is the first time either athlete has earned the distinction.

Doherty and Elliott both had impressive postseasons during the outdoor season. Doherty medaled twice at the 2021 Landmark Outdoor Conference Championships with 10,000-meter gold and a bronze in the 5,000m. Elliott won the 800m.

Elliott makes it three straight years with a men's athlete on the Academic All-District 4 list. Doherty is the first women's athlete to be named to the list since Maria Anderson in 2017-18.

The pair will automatically advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America ballot. First-, second-, and third-team honorees will be announced in mid-August.
