ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – In their final match of the regular season, the Elizabethtown College men's tennis team fell to Moravia, 6-3, Sunday afternoon.
With the loss, the Blue Jays fall to 0-8 overall and in the conference, while the Greyhounds improve to 5-5 on the season and 3-5 in the Landmark.
Freshman Chris Talluto carded two wins on the day starting at #3 doubles with junior Brock Culver. The duo pulled away from freshman Steve Schneider and sophomore Andrew Hozza late for the 8-6 win.
Talluto turned around and won the final match of the day at #6 singles against sophomore Aidan Evans-Gartley, 7-6, 6-4.
Scoring the other point was junior John Hanson at #2 singles, downing sophomore Kieran Pisani, 6-2, 6-1.
