ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. - The Elizabethtown College men's tennis team dropped its season opener, falling to Lycoming Saturday afternoon in non-conference action.

Securing the Blue Jays lone victory was junior Jeffery Lapidus  in a three set thriller at #2 singles, topping Cody Greenaway 3-6, 6-2, 10-8.

Lapidus then teamed up with freshman Sam Langer at #2 doubles, dropping Luke Leach and Casey Haas, 8-6.

Elizabethtown is back in action tomorrow, October 10 at home against Penn College. Opening Serve is set for 12 p.m.
