ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. - The Elizabethtown College men's swimming team fell to Division II Frostburg, 178-84, Saturday afternoon in non-conference action.
With the loss, the Blue Jays fall to 2-1 on the season.
Freshman
Zain Wegman was the lone winner on the day for Etown, taking first place in the 200 breast in 2:22.86.
Earning second place finishes for the Blue Jays were
Franky Swain in the 100 back (58.82) and the 200 back (2:13.31) and freshman
Robert Midura in the 500 free (5:22.65).
Both relays secured second place finishes as well as Swain, freshmen
Connor Oswald,
AJ West, and
Dylan Strella teamed up for a time of 1:43.20 in the 200 medley relay. Senior
Sam Lopez, Strella, sophomore
Dylan Fitzgerald, and West wrapped up the meet, touching the wall in second in the 400 free relay (3:32.33).
Elizabethtown is back in action on Saturday, November 6 at Cabrini. First races start at 1 p.m.
