FREDERICK, Md. - The Elizabethtown College women's volleyball time earn two victories on Saturday, topping Hood, 3-1, and Lycoming, 3-0, in non-conference action.
With the two wins, the Blue Jays improve to 16-6 on the season.

Bryanna Miller finished with double-digit kills in both matches, tallying 13 against the Blazers and 14 against the Warriors. Classmate
Sarah Hanks registered 34 assists in the opening match and sophomore
Kambrie Hepler recorded 47 digs on the day. Scaggs finished the day with seven block assists, including five against Hood.
Etown started the morning against the Blazers. Down by one (14-13), the Blue Jays jumped into the drivers seat, scoring eight straight to move ahead 21-14.
Hood closed within three (21-18) but Etown ended that rally, rattling off four in a row to take set one 25-18.
The Blue Jays dominated from the jump in set two, running out to a 11-3 lead capped off by a kill from Miller.
After the Blazers closed within four (12-8) Etown erupted for a 10-0 run to go up 23-8. The Blue Jays finished things as Scaggs and freshman
Savannah Lesley found the final two points for the 25-12 win in the second.
Hood managed to take the third set 25-22 but Etown responded in the fourth frame, cruising out to a 13-6 advantage.
The Blazers continued to chip away at the early advantage, closing within five at 17-12. The Blue Jays, however, slammed the door on the set and match, finishing off the frame with a 8-1 run for the 25-13 victory and the 3-1 win.
Holding a 10-6 lead in match two against Lycoming, Etown snatched the momentum, going on a 15-3 run to complete the 25-9 victory in set one against the Warriors.
The Blue Jays continued to roll in set two, rolling to a 17-3 lead capped off by a kill from senior
Shelly Yohe. Lycoming was never able to find their footing in the second set, and Etown to the frame in dominant fashion, 25-11.
It proved to be more of the same in the third set as the Blue Jays ran out to a six point lead (12-6) after a rare kill from Hepler.
Lesley pushed its advantage to nine after senior
Ashley Snesavage found Lesley for the kill and the 20-11 lead.
A freshman connection completed the sweep for Etown as freshman
Sophie Savick connected with classmate
Gracie Britten for the 25th point and the 25-16 win in the third.
