SELINSGROVE, Pa. -- Ean Mann won three gold medals and broke his own school record for the Elizabethtown College men's track and field team on Saturday at the Landmark Indoor Championship meet. The Blue Jays were the runner-up behind Moravian with 140 points.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS
- Mann, who owned the school's 60m record heading into the meet, broke it in the preliminaries when he ran 6.99 to qualify for the final with the fastest seed time. Then, in the final, Mann kicked it up a notch and turned on the afterburners to scorch the field with a 6.96 to lower his new school record time and win the gold. The junior also set a new PR in the 200m, winning another gold in 22.69, to improve his third-place standing on the all-time list. He was also a member of the winning 4x200m relay along with
Jalen Belgrave,
Sam Niles, and
Evan Schwab. Schwab was the runner-up to his teammate, Mann, in the 200m at 23.23, a season-best that improved his ninth-place standing in program history.
- Elizabethtown showed its dominance in the distance events, winning all three golds in the mile, 3k, and 5k. Two of those went to Gerstenbacher, who won the mile in 4:18.41 and the 3k in 8:49.84. Myers took the 5k crown with a winning time of 15:18.66.

Will Schoener was fifth in the mile at 4:21.49, Myers placed fourth in the 3k, and
Liam Coverdale was fifth in the 3k. Coverdale won the bronze in the 5k.
- Both hurdlers placed for the Blue Jays.
Graydon Rogers ran a new personal best in the 60m hurdles with an 8.90 in the final to improve his fifth-place standing all-time.
Derek Bosworth was fifth in 8.92.

JJ Teal was another medalist for E-town. The senior ran 1:57.87 in the 800m to earn bronze.
Bill Angelina placed fourth at 1:57.93.
- Reynolds was one of two to place for the Blue Jays in the triple jump. Both Reynolds and
Malcolm Sykes set new personal records on Saturday. Reynolds earned the gold medal with a mark of 13.63m (44'8-3/4") and Sykes was fifth at 12.59m (41'3-3/4"). Reynolds improved his fourth-place standing all-time while Sykes improved his seventh-place standing in school history.

Ethan Vallone was the bronze medalist in the high jump, clearing 1.78m (5'10"). Rogers also cleared 1.78m and took fourth.

Logan Miller was fourth in the pole vault at 3.80m (12'5-1/2").

Colin Elliott, and
Christian Schaaf each ran a leg of the winning distance medley relay. Teal, Angelina, Elliott, and Kardos were the members of the 4x400m relay that placed third in 3:33.35.

Matt Strubinger moved from tenth to ninth all-time in the weight throw after his mark of 11.89m (39'0-1/4"), a new personal best.
- Mann was named the Landmark Conference's Track Athlete of the Year on the men's side.
Elizabethtown will compete at the AARTFC Championships hosted by Nazareth College next weekend, March 6-7, in Rochester, N.Y.
