Lawson becomes fifth All-American for women's soccer!

2019 UNITED SOCCER COACHES DIVISION III WOMEN'S ALL-AMERICA TEAM

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Already an Academic All-American, Lydia Lawson became the Elizabethtown College women's soccer program's fifth-ever All-America selection Thursday evening as the United Soccer Coaches announced its All-America teams. Lawson was named to the Second Team.

The honor is just another one in a long list for the accomplished senior. Lawson was also recently named to the organization's All-Mid-Atlantic First Team.

Lawson is the program's first All-America selection since 2012 (Amy Bunting). She joins Amy Hyde, Amy Bender, Dina Jingoli, and Bunting as the only all-americans for Elizabethtown. Hyde was a Third Team selection in 1990, while Bender (1997), Jingoli (2001), and Bunting were each Second Team honorees.
