BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- Melissa Fitzgibbon and Erin Doherty are the latest from the Elizabethtown College women's cross country program to earn All-Mideast Region honors for the Blue Jays. E-town was sixth on Saturday at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional at Lehigh University, hosted by Muhlenberg College.

Fitzgibbon, the 2019 Landmark Conference individual runner-up, was the team's top performer at the meet. The sophomore finished 20th overall in 22:27.6 to earn the all-region honor. Doherty followed ten seconds later in 22:37.7. She was 31st overall for the Blue Jays.

Kaitlin Donahue ran 23:08.5 and finished 55th, Hallie Weaver ran 23:37.7 and took 89th, while Brooklyne Wiley was 94th in 23:41.2.

Elizabethtown was sixth out of 49 teams.
