TOWSON, Md. -- Sara Lingo won the 500-yard freestyle and 200 individual medley, Sadie Hawkins earned her first career victory in the 100 butterfly and Dru Schneider took the 50 breaststroke as E-town women's swimming fell at Goucher, 153-109 Saturday.

Schneider was the first Blue Jays (0-2) to break through with a win, edging Goucher's Kyanna Cadwallader in the 50 breast. Schneider swam 34.48 to Cadwallader's 34.90. Mariselle Parisi (37.48) and Maddie Lasko (37.51) took third and fourth in the same event.

Hawkins gave Elizabethtown wins in back-to-back events by following Schneider's win with the first of her Blue Jay career in the 100 fly. The Paupack, Pennsylvania, product won in 1:09.51, shedding almost three seconds off her former PR.

Late in the meet, Lingo captured two victories in a three event span.

The rookie from Milford, Delaware, won the 500 free by more than eight seconds (5:47.20) and was even more dominant in the 200 IM, where her time of 2:23.40 was over 11 seconds faster than that of the runner-up, Goucher's Cadwallader.

Elizabethtown will try to earn its first dual win of the season next Saturday at Gallaudet.
