A visionary in the midfield for Elizabethtown during the 1993 and 1994 seasons, George Crampton produced two of the top 10 single-season assist totals on his way to 89 career points, two conference championships and a pair of NCAA Division III tournament appearances.

Crampton, from Dublin, Ireland, racked up 18 assists as a senior captain in 1994 --second most in a season in program history-- as the Blue Jays went 19-4 and won the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) championship. The postseason accolades flowed in for Crampton, who supplemented his 18 helpers with team-highs of 15 goals and 48 points. He was named National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-America Third Team, NSCAA All-Mid-Atlantic Region First Team, MAC Commonwealth All-Star and MAC Commonwealth Most Valuable Player.

Crampton was also a MAC Commonwealth All-Star in 1993 when he put up 14 goals and 13 assists for a team-leading 41 points in the Jays' run to a 21-3 record, MAC championship and NCAA Second Round game.
