A program trailblazer, Dustin W. Scott was the first-ever All-American in men's cross country program history in 2001. His 14th-place finish at the 2001 NCAA DIII Championships stood as the highest finish by an E-town runner at nationals for nearly a decade.
Dustin was one of three men to compete at the NCAA DIII Championships four times. Dustin was honored with the 2002 MAC Runner of the Year award and was named to the All-MAC First Team in 2000, '01 and '02. To this day, Dustin remains the first and only NCAA DIII Mideast Regional Champion (2002).
Dustin graduated from Elizabethtown College with a degree in psychology.
