Middle Atlantic Conference men's lacrosse coaches knew they were going to be in for a long four years going up against Aaron Weber '10 when he accounted for 35 goals and 71 points as a rookie in 2007.

Weber is the only player in program history to reach the century mark in goals and assists for his career. He holds the school's all-time records for goals (143), assists (108), points (251) and game-winning goals (14). The midfielder, originally from Lititz, Pa., is also the only Blue Jay to reach the 70-point plateau in a season –and he did it three times (2007, 2009 and 2010).

Weber scored a career-high 48 goals –tied for the program's single-season record—and 73 points as a junior in 2009, when Elizabethtown won 12 games, at the time a team record, and advanced to the MAC semifinals.

In 2010, his senior season, the Blue Jays went 10-1 in conference play to earn the top seed in the MAC tournament for the first time. Weber, who totaled 70 points in 16 games on 38 goals and 32 assists, was voted MAC Player of the Year, All-MAC First Team, United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) All-America Honorable Mention and USILA Scholar All-America.

Weber appeared on the All-MAC First Team three times (2008, 2009 and 2010), and claimed a spot on the Second Team in 2007. He was also the male recipient of the College's Distinguished Student-Athlete Award in 2010.
